What's the walk about?

Welcome to Segovia, a golden-stoned city of Castile crowning a rocky ridge between two rivers, with a skyline so dramatic it looks like an illustration from a book of fairy tales. Segovia offers a trio of world-class wonders within a short walk: a colossal Roman aqueduct that has stood for two thousand years, a soaring late-Gothic cathedral, and a castle on a crag so romantic it is said to have inspired Walt Disney. On this gentle walk we stroll from the aqueduct through the old town and its ancient Jewish quarter to the cathedral and out to the Alcázar on its rock. Bring an appetite too, for Segovia is famous for its roast suckling pig. Let this storybook city enchant you.
